Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, is currently building the HaMenofim complex in Herzliya's high-tech district—an innovative mixed-use project integrating residential, office, and commercial spaces.
A Mixed-Use Complex in the Heart of the High-Tech District in Herzliya
On the ruins of two old two-story commercial buildings and a surface parking lot, Ashtrom Engineering and Construction is building two towers: a residential tower covering an area of approximately 10,000 square meters with 92 housing units, and an office tower spanning approximately 5,000 square meters. The complex also includes about 12,000 square meters of commercial space, built above an 8,000-square-meter underground multi-level parking lot.
After the demolition, excavation, deposition, and foundation work completed by Base Pile, a subsidiary of Ashtrom Construction, construction work commenced on the complex.
As a mixed-use project combining residential, office, and commercial spaces, the development poses significant execution challenges for the field teams, requiring the implementation of diverse systems that adhere to varying standards.
The two towers feature two separate cores—one dedicated to residences and the other to offices—with the two towers geometrically connecting from the 10th floor upward.
Another significant challenge lies in the curtain walls and cladding elements that envelop the towers.
The construction of both towers is being executed simultaneously and incorporates the use of precast concrete ceilings.
