32-Story Tower Combining Residential Apartments with Hotel Rooms 

The Alpha Tower stands 32 stories tall, with 18 residential floors comprising 120 housing units and 14 hotel floors featuring 180 guestrooms. Spanning 43,000 sq.m., the complex includes commercial spaces, public facilities, and a four-level underground parking structure.

The project’s unique architectural design demanded the use of specialized construction and finishing materials, along with meticulous treatment of the facades. The three-dimensional structure, featuring rounded windows, posed engineering challenges that required careful planning and precise adjustments by the field teams. The construction process incorporated white concrete materials, white aluminum beams, and cables with a distinctive tread, all carefully selected to complement the building's design and ensure structural integrity.
