Prestigious Tower with a Unique Architectural Design 

The Arlozorov Tower covers approximately 50,000 sq.m. area - a luxurious residential tower 29 storeys high, with 131 housing units of various sizes and to different specifications, a spa area, an olympic pool and a three-level car park.  

The tower has a unique architectural design, with a transparent atrium made of glass at its centre with panoramic lifts ascending to the top floor and providing an unobstructed view of an open urban landscape. The raw materials used for the building façades and balconies include glass elements, the entrance lobby is impressive and unusual, the finishing standard of the apartments is painstaking to the last detail, and unique environmental development works have been carried out in the complex.  

The location of the complex in the middle of a populated urban area confronted the field crews with several engineering and operational challenges, especially on account of the restricted hours during which trucks could upload and unload, and the need to minimise the noise nuisance to the population living near the complex.
