Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Construction North, has completed a new residential complex in Netanya's Kiryat HaSharon neighborhood. The complex, developed for Ashdar, includes 10 residential buildings surrounding a country club and is part of the area’s urban renewal initiative.
Residential Complex Built in 5 Stages
The Ashdar & Country project in Netanya spans approximately 85,000 sq.m. and includes 10 residential buildings with 600 housing units, along with surface and underground parking.
Implemented over 12 years in five stages, the project began with three 16-story buildings, followed by two 8-story buildings, then two 17-story buildings, another two 8-story buildings, and finally a 17-story building.
A distinctive feature of the project was the blend of construction techniques, including the Baranovich method, industrialized building, and conventional methods.
