Urban Renewal Complex in the Heart of a Populated Urban Area

Complex 5 in Herzliya was built at the intersection of Iben Ezra and Raben Tam st. As part of the urban renewal process, the demolition of three existing buildings was carried out, and in their place, three residential towers will be built:

• Building A will be 18 stories tall and include 96 housing units.

• Building B will have 12 floors and 55 housing units.

• Building C will have 9 floors and 35 housing units.

In addition to the 186 housing units across the three buildings, the complex will also feature four kindergartens, a three-level underground parking lot, and a commercial floor that includes an urban courtyard and a café.

The complex's location in the heart of a populated urban area, adjacent to a residential neighborhood and educational institutions, presents several engineering and operational challenges. These include restricted access to the site, limited hours for truck unloading, and the necessity to minimize noise disturbances for the surrounding population.
