Using Semi-Dry Stone Cladding Method
The "Tzedek Courts" residential building in Jerusalem is 13 stories high and contains 60 housing units, which were built on 4 levels of an underground parking lot. A sports center with a pool, a gym and a spa complex were also built near the building. VRF air conditioning systems were installed in the apartments, as well as ventilation and smoke evacuation systems.
During construction, a semi-dry white silicate stone cladding method was used. The main challenge that faced the work teams in the field was construction in a dense and busy area, while operating complex logistics. Throughout all the stages of construction, Ashtrom prioritized construction safety, as well as strict logistical planning and quality control.
