A Luxury Hotel on the Beach in a Desert Oasis

The "Crown Plaza" luxury hotel, located on a private beach in Ein Bokek, boasts 304 rooms, including 14 suites and 70 panoramic rooms with views of the Dead Sea. The hotel features amenities such as adult and children’s pools, a gym and a spa complex. 

The construction of the hotel incorporated innovative elements requiring unique engineering expertise and advanced equipment. This included architectural design with unique interior spaces, rock landscaping around the pools, and direct beach access. 

The project involved excavation, foundation work, infrastructure preparation, installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing works, and landscape and environmental development. High-quality materials were used to ensure the hotel's durability and efficient maintenance for decades, with a strong emphasis on environmental quality throughout the construction process.
