Production and Supply of Prestressed Ceilings for a New Office Complex

Ashcrete has completed the construction of Elbatech House in Ashdod, a 6-story building accompanied by a 2,500 sqm logistics warehouse. The project, which spanned two years, was completed in 2024.

The Elbatech House, designed for the Hi-Tech industry, spans a 13,000-sqm plot. The complex includes a 35,000-sqm building built above three underground parking levels covering 8,300 sqm. It features a commercial floor, five office floors for rent totaling 9,700 sqm, production areas, laboratories, and various service spaces. A logistics warehouse was also constructed adjacent to the building on a concrete raft, with metal roofing and walls.

Ashcrete has supplied 18,000 sqm of prestressed ceilings produced at the Company’s Ashdod plant, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic setup, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is one of the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceilings manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once that together manufacture over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings per annum in various cross-sections and sizes.
