Renovation and Upgrade of an Advanced Sports Hall in Ramla

The sports hall in the Kiryat Menachem neighborhood of Ramla, originally established in 2004, underwent significant renovation, expansion, and upgrades by M.L.T in 2021. The hall serves as the home and training facility for the local women’s basketball team, Elitzur Ramla, as well as for the city’s youth.

The fully accessible hall, approved for official sports competitions, features approximately 2,000 seats, a gym, shower rooms and toilets, a referee's room, and a parking lot. As part of the renovation, the parquet flooring, air conditioning, lighting and sound systems, and the clock panel system were all replaced. M.L.T also completed roofing and shading work to enhance the facility. 

The prefabricated elements were manufactured in M.L.T's factory and then transported directly to the construction site, ensuring full control over the work process and significantly shortening the project timeline.
