Integrated Construction of Residential Building and Educational Facilities  

Galei Ashdar complex in Netanya is conveniently located near nature reserves, beaches, commercial and recreational centers, business districts, cultural venues, and academic institutions. The project includes two residential towers of 19 and 20 stories, covering 25,000 sq.m., with a two-level underground parking area of 8,200 sq.m. The towers will house 152 units of varying sizes and specifications. Additionally, two kindergartens are being constructed for the Netanya Municipality.

The residential complex is being built in two stages by the Baranovich method including external cladding of the multi-storey residential towers. Construction of the car park involves the use of an integrated method of laying prestressed slabs in an intermediate ceiling, with an upper car park ceiling cast in situ.
