Efficient Construction Using Prefabricated Elements

The Ono in the Park residential project comprises two separate complexes with four buildings ranging from 11 to 14 stories, totaling 236 housing units and two-level car parks covering 12,000 sq.m.

The construction utilized industrialized elements produced at the Ashcrete plant, efficiently assembled on-site. High-quality raw materials were provided by Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries, including concrete from Israbeton, Ashkalit blocks, and cement, plaster, and paint products from BG Bond, with flooring by Zahavi Atzmon. At every construction phase, Ashtrom emphasized safety, meticulous logistical planning, and strict quality control.
