A Residential Complex Above Commercial Floor 

The Samuel Luxury Residential Complex is being developed on the last land reserve in the Ramat Hadar neighborhood. Overlooking the prestigious villa district of Ramat Hadar, the complex is situated near a shopping mall and the serene Ramon Park. 

The project spans an area of over 3,000 square meters and includes two residential buildings constructed above three levels of underground parking and a commercial floor at street level. The first building will rise to 20 floors, while the second will have 7 floors. Together, the buildings will offer 122 housing units and a shared tenants' club.  

The construction work began with deposition, excavation, and anchoring using the CFA method, during which 1,630 cubic meters of dirt were excavated, 4,600 cubic meters of household waste were removed, and foundation excavation was completed to a depth of 26,000 cubic meters. The construction process combines a conventional construction method with the Baranovich method and involves the use of 11,600 cubic meters of concrete, 2,370 units of aluminum, and 412 square meters of curtain walls. 

The construction teams at the site face unique performance challenges. The site's proximity to two other lots required the implementation of special shoring solutions and close collaboration with other developers. Additionally, the location near a residential neighborhood restricts work to only one front, significantly reducing the available space for organization and limiting access routes to the site.
