Integrating Living, Business, and Nature Conservation

The Golf Kitan complex covers approximately 11 dunams area and includes two 17-storey residential towers, two 8-storey residential blocks built over a commercial floor, a 6-level office block and a 3-level underground car park. The entire complex contains 183 housing units in a variety of sizes and to different specifications. 

The work teams encountered numerous challenges in the field, beginning with the complex demolition of the Kitan-Golf factory, followed by the raft foundation process for the five buildings, the installation of intricate glass facades, and culminating in the impressive finishing touches in each apartment. Additionally, an ecological pool was constructed along the development route, with careful preservation and protection of the eucalyptus trees and other original vegetation in the compound.

A project that combines residential, business, and commercial spaces with natural environment conservation presents both complexity and challenges.
