A Prestigious Office Tower with Industrial Facades

The Harel Tower, located on Abba Hillel Street in Ramat Gan, is a 21-story office building constructed above an active commercial floor and a 4-level underground parking lot. Each office floor spans 1,200 sqm and is utilized by Harel Insurance Company.

Ashtrom Construction managed all phases of construction, from demolition, groundwork, and excavation, to the installation of internal systems, including plumbing, gas, electricity, communication, and air conditioning. The project also involved plastering, flooring, painting, finishing works, and environmental development. A notable feature of the construction process was the use of industrialized granite facades, combined with unique screen walls.
