Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom North, developed a neighborhood of cottages in the western part of Kfar Tavor in the early 1990s. This project was part of the northern settlement expansion to accommodate the large wave of immigration from the former Soviet Union.

The cottage neighborhood in Kfar Tavor was developed in the 1990s to support northern settlement expansion and accommodate the influx of immigrants from the former Soviet Union.
The construction process utilized prefabricated industrialized elements produced off-site and assembled on location. This method ensured high levels of finish and precision, while adhering to tight schedules. Advanced construction technologies were also applied, tailored to the building patterns typical of detached houses.
