An Educational Complex for Preschoolers in Kfar Yona

The educational complex in Kfar Yona comprises six kindergartens housed in a two-story building, with four classrooms on the ground floor and two additional classrooms on the first floor. The complex also includes protected rooms, activity spaces, a central kitchen, an administration room, a stairwell, and various features tailored for preschoolers, such as non-slip flooring and dedicated toilets. 

The kindergartens are constructed from precast concrete, featuring 100% sawn stone cladding. They are equipped with advanced electrical and plumbing systems, as well as energy-efficient air conditioning and filtration systems. Throughout the construction process, M.L.T ensured efficient use of the land by considering natural slopes and implementing innovative solutions, such as creating playgrounds on the building rooftops. The buildings comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Home Front Command, fire services, and local authorities. 

M.L.T produced the prefabricated elements in its own factory, then transported them directly to the construction site, enabling full control over the work process and significantly reducing the project timeline.
