Construction Challenges in a Neighbourhood Undergoing Renewal   

The Kiryat Eliezer complex, covering around 38,000 sq.m., features four 11-story buildings with 213 housing units in various sizes and specifications, along with a shared underground parking facility. 

Constructed using the Baranovich method, the complex is located in a densely populated neighborhood that underwent significant infrastructure upgrades during the project. This setting presented unique construction challenges, particularly in securing Form 4 approval. To address these, Ashtrom set up logistics facilities to optimize mold and material use, supported by four tower cranes.

Throughout all construction phases, Ashtrom prioritized safety, precise logistics, and strict quality control—from casting building frames and installing electromechanical systems to completing finishing works and landscaping.
