Dealing with Groundwater at Building Site  

The new residential complex in Kiryat Motzkin spans approximately 35,000 sq.m. and features two 27-story towers with 226 housing units and a 5,100 sq.m. underground parking area. 

The site’s high water table required detailed planning for underground works, including a groundwater pumping system and waterproofing with crystalline concrete for effective water management. To stay on schedule, the construction site was equipped with two tower cranes and a semi-static pump for each building.

Throughout all phases, Ashtrom prioritized safety, meticulous logistics, and strict quality control—from casting building frames and installing electromechanical systems in each apartment to completing finishing works and landscaping surrounding green areas.
