Two Residential Towers Above a Commercial Floor
The "Lev" residential complex in Ganei Tikva features two 23-story towers with 250 housing units. The towers sit above a 13,000 sqm commercial floor and include three parking complexes.
The complex was constructed using the Baranovich method, where steel molds were installed and replicated floor by floor. This technique is ideal for tall buildings with uniform structures, offering a quick and efficient solution for exterior cladding.
At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction ensured safety, precise logistical planning, and strict quality control. The building process covered everything from establishing the infrastructure and skeleton, planning and logistics, to installing electro-mechanical systems in each apartment, finishing work, and landscaping the surrounding green areas.
