A luxury mixed-use project in a prime location in the heart of Tel Aviv
Maze Tower is currently under construction in the Yitzhak Sadeh compound in Tel Aviv, at the end of Maze Street and near the White City. Scheduled for occupancy in 2030, the 41-story tower will include 268 residential units - 2–4 room apartments- as well as spacious penthouses on the upper floors. The tower will be constructed on a site of approximately 7 dunams, with a total built area of around 35,000 sq m.
At ground level, the tower will feature a lavish lobby and approximately 2,000 sq m of commercial area. Floors 1–5 will serve as a Tel Aviv Municipality public high school, including classrooms, laboratories, teachers’ rooms, a basketball hall, and a rooftop level with a cafeteria and an open courtyard. In addition, the tower will include a luxury spa complex with a swimming pool, a fitness center, and treatment/workshop rooms. The project is designed by architect Moshe Tzur, and architect Dana Oberzon will design the public areas.
Maze Tower is considered an exceptional addition to the urban landscape. Its complex mix of uses presents significant planning and construction challenges, requiring seamless integration between multiple functions and sophisticated building systems. The tower will also include an underground passage that will connect all projects within the Yitzhak Sadeh compound at level -1.
