The hotel, located in a crowded tourist area on the seafront, presented the work crews in the field with unique engineering and logistical challenges.

The Royal Beach Hotel, located on Eilat’s northern shore near the promenade and 1.5 km from the city center, features 364 suites and rooms with views of the pools, sea, and spa complex. The hotel offers 3 outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, a gym, and conference rooms.
The construction process required advanced engineering capabilities and specialized equipment. It included excavation, foundation laying, infrastructure preparation, the installation of electromechanical systems, and finishing works. Landscaping involved the development of a rockery around the pools and direct beach access. High-quality materials were used to ensure long-term maintenance.
