Urban Renewal Project Next to Ramat Aviv Mall

In the prestigious Neve Avivim neighborhood, directly across from the Ramat Aviv Mall, a new 42,000 sq.m. residential complex was built. The complex features three residential towers—two at nine stories and one reaching 18 stories—built above a shared three-level parking structure. The towers offer luxury apartments of various sizes and specifications, including duplexes and two-floor penthouses. The complex’s surroundings are seamlessly connected to the Chess Grove, with green lawns and a public avenue featuring cycle paths.

Construction took place in a busy urban area, demanding constant attention to the safety and convenience of local residents, drivers, and pedestrians.

This densely built environment presented a range of complex logistical and engineering challenges, including the precise coordination of crane operations, addressing groundwater issues with specialized sealing solutions, water degradation procedures, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols during the raising of the facades.
