A New Standard of Building on Mt. Carmel   

The prestigious Trio project situated at the top of Mt. Carmel includes 3 buildings with 305 housing units, a common 5-level underground car park, storage room areas and a country club with a pool over an approx. 1,000 sq.m. area for the use of the project’s residents. An additional structure for the Haifa Municipality, covering approximately 3,500 sq.m., has been built as part of the project.

Construction on the mountainside required a detailed examination of the rock to enable excavation without shoring, relying solely on anchors for reinforcement. High-quality finishing materials, upgraded common systems, and a blend of screen and stone-clad walls (using the Baranovich method) were incorporated. The elevated site and strong year-round winds added challenges, requiring the use of tower cranes.

Throughout each phase, Ashtrom prioritized safety, detailed logistical planning, strict quality control, and flexibility—from casting building frames and installing electromechanical systems in each apartment to completing finishing works and enhancing the surrounding green spaces.
