Construction Evacuation Project Next to an Active School

A new residential complex is currently under construction at 12-14 Yad Labanim Street. As part of the urban renewal process, existing buildings were demolished to make way for two 7-story residential buildings. Spanning approximately 5 dunams, the complex will feature a total of 148 housing units built above two underground parking levels, interconnected on level -1.

The exterior finish of the buildings features colored schlicht, which must be completed on the same day it is applied, presenting logistical challenges for the construction teams. Additionally, the complex's location in the heart of a populated urban area, adjacent to a residential neighborhood and an active school, adds engineering and performance challenges. These include limited site access, restricted hours for truck unloading, the need for precise scheduling of supplies and castings, and efforts to minimize noise disturbances for the surrounding community.
