Conventional Construction with Granite Facades
The "Isrotel Tower" apartment hotel, a 30-story building, offers a rooftop swimming pool, commercial spaces, a restaurant and bar, a gym, and two levels of underground parking. Situated on Hayarkon Street in Tel Aviv, it is just a 4-minute walk from Bugarshov Beach.
The construction employed conventional techniques, including foundation excavation, the use of wooden climbing molds, and concrete casting. The building's exterior features dry-coated granite facades. The project encountered challenges due to its central location in a densely populated urban area, close to a major transportation route.
