An Architectural Creation in the Luxury Office Field  

The Acro Tower in Tel Aviv features 33 office floors, 3 commercial floors, and a 5-level spiral car park, covering a total area of approximately 37,000 sq.m. Completed in 2021, the tower is part of a shared complex of multiple buildings.

The construction process started with shoring and excavation works performed by Base Pile Ltd. A conventional building technique was employed combined with industrialised elements such as hollow slab ceilings for the building façades produced at the Ashcrete plant and quickly and efficiently assembled at the building site.

The raw materials were supplied by the subsidiaries of Ashtrom Industries  - high quality concrete by Israbeton Ltd.; Ashbond blocks; cement, plaster and paint materials from BG Bond; and flooring jobs were carried out by Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. Throughout all stages of construction, Ashtrom paid attention to building safety, meticulous logistic planning and tight quality control.
