3 Residential Buildings in the Heart of a Populated Urban Area

The Einstein project in Ramat Aviv consists of three adjacent 8-story residential buildings with 135 housing units in various sizes and specifications, all built above a two-level underground parking lot. The development features advanced landscaping, bicycle paths, and direct access to the light rail.

Located in the heart of a densely populated urban area, near a residential neighborhood and educational institutions, the project presented several engineering and logistical challenges. These challenges included restricted hours for truck deliveries and the necessity to minimize noise disturbances for the nearby residents.

At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritizes safety, precise logistical planning, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility - From excavation and pile drilling, to laying the foundations, through to the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, finishing works in each apartment, and dealing with the surrounding green spaces.
