Long-Term Rental Complex in Tel Aviv  

HaGadna Complex in Tel Aviv is a residential project with 370 housing units offered for long term lease by Ashtrom Residence for Rent. The complex includes six buildings up to 10 stories, covering over 25,000 sq.m., and a shared three-level parking structure.

Construction combined conventional methods with prefabricated elements from the Ashcrete plant, using 30,000 cu.m. of concrete and 3,500 tonnes of steel. Key challenges included building the spiral three-level parking structure, protecting the site from ground gases, and repurposing the Ha’argaz factory, previously used for storing prefabricated elements.

Ashtrom Construction maintained safety, detailed logistic planning, lateral management, and strict quality control throughout—from framing the buildings and installing electromechanical systems in each unit to completing finishing works and landscaping.
