A New Residential District in Jaffa as Part of Urban Renewal 

Located along the Heinrich Heine axis, near Jerusalem Boulevard and within walking distance of the Port of Jaffa and the flea market, Ashtrom Engineering and Construction is building the GO YAFO TEL-AVIV project. This initiative includes five residential towers rising 15-17 floors, offering a total of 350 housing units in a variety of sizes and specifications.

The new residential district will span an area of approximately 6.5 dunams and will feature a commercial floor, game and sports facilities, a country club with two swimming pools, ornamental pools, and a range of educational, cultural, and community centers, creating a vibrant and inclusive living environment.

As part of the construction process, excavation and disposal works were conducted by Base Pile, a subsidiary of Ashtrom Construction. The company excavated approximately 70,000 cubic meters of soil and relocated an active municipal water line. Also carried out were shoring works to a width of 60 m. and a depth of 25 m. using two digging cranes.

With the completion of the underground works, the construction phase commenced, beginning with buildings 1-4, followed by the construction of building 5 in a subsequent stage.
