Blending Old and New

The residential complex on HaNevihim Street features two 5-story buildings with 78 housing units, alongside a preserved building with 2 units, all built above a 3.5-level underground parking lot.

Constructed using conventional methods, the buildings were clad in Jerusalem stone, with roofs combining tiles and concrete cantilevers. The project presented logistical challenges, including construction in a dense urban area, requiring the use of a single crane and careful excavation. Preservation efforts included fencing and isolating the adjacent historical building from its surroundings.
