Simultaneous Construction of 9 Buildings

In the Karmei HaSharon complex in Kfar Yona, nine 8-9 story buildings with 320 housing units of various sizes and specifications were built, along with a shared parking level spanning approximately 7,000 sq.m. 

The project was completed in just 32 months due to efficient planning, dynamic pile loading, and the use of prefabricated elements from the Ashcrete plant. Dynamic pile loading reduced the number, depth, and size of piles by about 30%. High-quality raw materials were supplied by Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries, including concrete from Israbeton, building blocks from Ashkalit, and cement, plaster, and paint from BG Bond, with flooring by Zahavi Atzmon.

Throughout all construction phases, Ashtrom focused on safety, precise logistics, and strict quality control—from casting building frames and installing electromechanical systems in each apartment to completing finishing works and landscaping.
