A Complex Urban Project
The Nahalat Yehuda residential complex, part of an urban renewal initiative in one of Israel's most sought-after neighborhoods, consists of two 28-story towers offering 212 housing units in various sizes and specifications. The towers were built above a three-level underground parking lot.
The project utilized the Baranovich method, a widely accepted technique for the external cladding of high-rise towers, employing high-quality finishing materials. A key challenge was managing the construction process in the midst of an active residential neighborhood, which included nearby kindergartens. Additionally, the project involved significant infrastructure work, such as excavation and deposition processes, within the construction site area. Throughout all stages of construction, Ashtrom ensured rigorous safety standards, meticulous logistical planning, and strict quality control.
