Effective Integration of Different Construction Techniques
The Neot Peres project in Haifa consists of two residential complexes - one with 4 buildings and 184 housing units for long term rental, and the other with 5 buildings and 164 housing units for sale.
In both complexes a variety of differing methods for carrying out the frame works were employed - the Baranovich method, the use of industrialised walls, and the use of conventional concrete elements. Foundation works on the site were performed by dry drilling and micropile drilling, a combination that was unavoidable owing to the varying rock levels.
The South Haifa area, particularly the Carmel Ridge, experiences barometric depressions that bring strong gusts, especially from October to April, making construction challenging. For approximately 60 days each year, operating tower cranes was not possible. Despite this, the company successfully adhered to project schedules.
