A New Standard of Construction in Or Akiva  

The Or Yam residential neighborhood in Or Akiva features 11 residential buildings—eight at 7 stories and three at 11 stories—offering 297 housing units of various sizes and specifications, along with underground parking.

To streamline construction, all buildings were erected using the Baranovich method, utilizing 29,000 cu.m. of cast concrete. The relatively low-rise structures allowed crews to complete the frame work in phases, relocating the tower crane between stages to optimize operations. Infrastructure and development works were also carried out in the neighborhood alongside construction.

Throughout all phases, Ashtrom Construction prioritized building safety, meticulous logistics, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility—from casting building frames and installing electromechanical systems in each apartment to finishing works and landscaping surrounding green areas.
