Constructing 13 Residential Towers Within a Record Time

In the HaPardes neighborhood of Kiryat Ono, situated at the city's exit, 13 residential towers of 13 stories each have been built, offering 813 housing units of various sizes and specifications. 

Completed in record time, the project highlights Ashtrom Construction’s full capabilities, achieved through seamless coordination between its subsidiaries. A combination of conventional construction methods and prefabricated industrial elements was used, laying foundations and building skeletons while assembling prefabricated front walls from the Ashcrete factory.

Throughout construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritized safety, precise logistics, strict quality control, and flexibility—from excavation and pile drilling, to foundation work, installation of electrical and mechanical systems, finishing each apartment, and landscaping the surrounding green areas.
