Construction of 5 Residential Buildings in Two Years

The "Psagot" residential complex in Jerusalem, covering 4 dunams, features five 12-story buildings with 276 housing units of varying sizes and specifications. With a built area of about 6,000 sqm, the project includes a six-level underground parking lot. 

Ashkalit, an Ashtrom Group subsidiary, contributed by casting partitions, insulation walls, and apartment separation walls. Despite tight deadlines and the simultaneous operation of four cranes, the entire project was completed within two years. Ashtrom maintained strict safety protocols, careful logistical planning, and high-quality control throughout the construction process.
