An Apartment Hotel Built with Modular Concrete Blocks
The Riviera Hotel , located near the beach in the Gulf of Aqaba, features 172 accommodation units in various sizes and designs, an outdoor pool, a cinema, children's play areas, and lush green gardens.
The apartment hotel was constructed entirely from modular industrialized concrete blocks produced at the Ashkarit plant in Ashdod, a subsidiary of Ashtrom Construction. These industrialized units came pre-equipped with electrical and plumbing infrastructures, air conditioning, toilets, showers, and more. After production, they were transported to the construction site with special cranes and assembled on-site. This innovative construction method enabled the hotel to be built in a relatively short time frame.
