Prestressed Ceilings for Two Level Car Park

The Park and Ride car park at Shefayim contains thousands of parking spaces for drivers wishing to get from the Sharon area to Tel Aviv and choosing to leave their vehicle in a car park outside the town limits and continue their journey by shuttle.

As part of the construction works, Ashcrete supplied some 23,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings produced at the Company’s plant in Ashdod, transported to the construction compound by means of the Company’s efficient logistic setup, where they were mounted on site. 

The Ashcrete plant is one of Israel’s leaders in the prestressed slab production sector, operating about 20 production lines simultaneously, which together manufacture over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs per annum. Ashcrete prestressed slabs have a low weight, reducing the load on the structure and they are speedily and efficiently deployed on site.
