A Luxury Residential Complex in the Heart of the Carmel

The Yefe Nof luxury residential complex in Haifa spans approximately 12,000 sqm and features four buildings, each with 9 to 11 floors, totaling 216 housing units. The project is being completed in two phases: 

Phase A is currently under construction and will feature two buildings with 79 housing units, offering 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, as well as penthouses. This phase will also include four levels of underground parking. Phase B will add two more buildings, bringing an additional 137 housing units. The entire complex will be surrounded by an 8,000-square-meter Japanese garden, complete with walking and bicycle paths.

The complex's location in a dense urban area, near a residential neighborhood and educational institutions, presents several engineering and logistical challenges. These include limited space for organization, restricted hours for truck unloading, and the need to minimize noise disturbances for nearby residents.

At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritizes safety, precise logistical planning, horizontal management, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility - From excavation and pile drilling, to laying the foundations, through to the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, finishing works in each apartment, and dealing with the surrounding green spaces.
